Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped using standard UPS ground service, Fed Ex, Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 days of receipt. You may request a priority service such as overnight or 2 day delivery and pay the additional shipping charges. When choosing a priority service this will only shorten the actual delivery time once shipped from our location. With either service the time between receiving your order and shipping it will remain 1 to 3 days.

Shipping costs are calculated on a US dollar amount of order total.

WE WILL QUOTE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES PER ORDER.

About Returns

We try our best to fill orders correctly, however we can make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case return it and we will credit your account for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original package with all documentation in order for proper credit.

If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Original packaging and documentation required.

If the product is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging and documentation for full credit.

Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation.
